Fialay International – FZCO was selected as the Consultancy Services provider for Construction Supervision of the Construction of Roads & Storm Water Drainage System Thika Greens Phase 3 Development to Bitumen Standards.

With expertise across engineering, technical and management components of roads, Fialay International – FZCO this multidisciplinary offering encompasses the entire lifecycle of the road projects from planning, concept design, and detailed design to construction supervision and maintenance.

We were tasked with; Preliminary and Detailed Engineering Designs, Supervision of Construction, Technical, Performance, and Financial Audits

Key project:

The third phase of Thika Greens Estate is expected to deliver about 1,500 homes in a landscaped setting designed to bring out the natural features of the property that lead to a secure, tranquil community lifestyle estate.

This residential development is targeted at an upper-middle-income market segment. Together with future high-end apartments and retirement homes, the entire neighborhood will hold more than 4,000 homes creating a flourishing community estimated at more than 20,000 people at full strength.
